The Story
- This kit contains a True View 6700 auto darkening welding helmet. This helmet has 4 sensors as well as a 1/1/1/1 optical clarity for a color realistic, clear view. The 6700 also has a large view lens: 3.94" x 2.64" (100mm x 67mm), it auto darkens in 0.04 ms, and is lightweight, weighing only 1.1lbs!
- A pair of Heavy D's Gamechanger gloves are included in this kit. These gloves feature a unique Kagan fabric on the pinky finger and side of hand that allows the gloves to withstand an extreme amount of heat. As well as extreme heat resistance, these gloves have a Kevlar A6 cut resistant liner, a kevlar cuff to keep sparks from getting inside the glove, are kevlar sewn, and are made of a premium goat leather.
- A flame resistant jacket is included in this kit to protect the welder from sparks, heat, and other potential hazards during the welding process.
- Shade 5 cutting/safety glasses are included in this kit. These glasses are suitable for cutting with an oxyacetylene torch without hurting the user's eyes. The regular safety glasses included in this kit are NOT suitable eye protection for using an oxyacetylene torch.
- This kit contains the following tools: chipping hammer, pliers, welpers, soapstone holder with 10 sticks of soapstone, a striker with 5 extra flints, 2 wire brushes, an 11" locking "C" clamp, a heavy duty tape measure, and an industrial bag to hold all your welding school supplies is also included.
